Predator Portraits: Raptor Drawing Class
A guided drawing lesson focused on the structure, features, and adaptations of birds of prey led by Ojai Raptor Center Education Program Manager Jaclyn DeSantis. Students will use taxidermy mounts of native raptors, as well as raptor feet, feathers, wings, and skulls, to accurately depict biological forms with colored pencils. The class covers essential art skills such as proportion, scale, perspective, labeling, and notation, making it ideal for both aspiring naturalists and creative artists
