Like many Eastern Physicians, my personal health journey and challenges led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through proper nutrition, acupuncture, herbology, self-care, yoga, Qi Gong, meditation and other holistic healing modalities, I have completely transformed my health and well-being.
My mission is to empower and serve others to help them connect with their own self-healing and wholeness. I sincerely believe TCM is a sacred medicine and I am committed to helping bridge the gap between ancient traditions and modern science and create a more cohesive integrative medical community.
I am proud to say that I have completed thousands of hours of theoretical and clinical training in 5 ½ years of Chinese/Oriental Medical School, in addition to supporting hundreds of patients during my clinical internship. During my schooling I was fortunate enough to study under world renowned Taoist masters and Physicians, where I also learned Qi Gong and basic Tai Chi."
