Jabebo LLC began back in the 1990’s when they began playing around with the idea of mismatched earrings and noticed that their school teacher friends, and their students, were drawn to the colorful images and narrative themes. Since then, the process evolved while they invented and discovered equipment that would help them produce more efficiently. The use of cereal box paperboard was one of the first innovations and seemed an obvious choice since they were creating the earrings with paper.

A peculiar species of owl native to Southwestern grassland and desert region. They roost in underground burrows and spend much of their life on the ground hunting with their long legs, although they are capable of flight.
