Weeklong culinary workshop in Tuscany
You will come home with some wonderful inspiration and greater confidence in the kitchen. The focus is intent on using quality ingredients. To this end, we visit artisan producers of foods and apply those products in traditional preparations.
The weeklong program includes 5 nights of double-accommodations at Poggio Etrusco, all meals and beverages, cooking classes, tastings, tours, and local ground transportation. Airfare is not included.
Poggio Etrusco is a privately owned organic farm near Montepulciano, located halfway between Florence and Rome. On 15 acres, this property is an active oliveto (olive orchard) with over 800 olive trees and production of an exceptional organic extra-virgin olive oil. The apartment has one double bedroom (twin or matrimonial), living room/kitchen with fireplace and one bathroom. Single sofa bed in living room can be used for child under 12. Ground floor, private porch.
