Join Ojai Raptor Center Founder Kim Stroud for a VIP private raptor release experience. You’ll take part in releasing a rehabilitated hawk or owl back into the wild and learn directly from Kim about the release process and the work that makes it possible.
What’s Included:
- Private release of a rehabilitated hawk or owl (your choice, depending on seasonal availability)
- Guided experience led by ORC Founder Kim Stroud
- Opportunity to learn about the specific raptor’s story and rehabilitation process
- Option to hold the release at an approved habitat or suitable location coordinated with our team
Timing:
- Releases take place from late spring through early fall. This experience will be scheduled in 2026 based on patient readiness and environmental conditions.

- Final arrangements will be coordinated directly with the Ojai Raptor Center.
