Join LA Raptor Study leadership Dan Cooper and Nurit Katz for an urban tour of nesting habitat in Los Angeles and learn about the community science based study and how raptors are adapting to the urban environment. Breeding species in Los Angeles include Red-tailed Hawk, Red-shouldered Hawk, Cooper’s Hawk, American Kestrel, Peregrine Falcon, Great Horned Owl, Barn Owl, and Western Screech Owl. The LA Raptor Study is supported by Friends of Griffith Park.
